Liam Gallagher's latest single 'Come Back To Me' is a bona fide crowd pleaser, as his latest video can attest.
Directed by Shane Meadows, the director of This is England / Dead Man’s Shoes ( and The Stone Roses in his 2013 film) Made of Stone, the video was filmed at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow, and kicks off with a passionate crowd chant of “AS YOU FUCKING WERE!” before Liam and his band tear through an explosive performance of the track.
Come Back To Me’ features on Liam’s latest solo debut album AS YOU WERE which shot straight to #1 with 100,000 first week sales – just one of three albums this year to have sold six figures in its week of release.
Still riding high in the charts, it remained in the Top 10 for a further four weeks, has been certified Gold in the UK and has exceeded 50 million track streams at Spotify.
